Please call or text (256) 640-9303 to start your remote tech support session. If you reach voicemail please leave a message and we will return your call. You can also contact us by email and we will get back to you as soon as we can. We are available 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM CST Monday to Saturday. Sunday is by appointment. Holiday remote support is available by appointment only.

Remote Tech Support is $65.00 an hour. Payment is due at the end of the job unless prior arrangements have been made. We take all major credit cards for services rendered.

We are NOT responsible for your data, but we will take every precaution possible to protect it. You should always have backups of your data.

Important: It is critical that if you are asked to provide the model numbers or other hardware information that we are able to find this out before proceeding to the next step. This lowers the risk of incorrect software being installed for your hardware and/ or loss of your data on the computer.

When a unit has internet access the remote tech support solution is a great option. With that said there will be times when a unit cannot be fixed with the remote tech support option and an on-site repair option will need to be performed. A2Z Tech Fix LLC and you as the customer will work together to determine with solution is best for you. Customers outside of areas that we performed on-site service will be recommended to take their unit to a local technician for repair.

Please be advised that for optimal and timely repair we ask that you do not use the computer while we perform repairs. If a customer uses the unit while we are performing remote tech services it can hinder us and cause an extension on the time needed to complete your service. A2Z Tech Fix LLC is not responsible for any extra downtime that this may cause to the customer. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
