We know that some issues are just a quick call to remedy.
Other times it may be a quick precursor to continuing on with either our Remote or On-Site tech support.
Our goals is to help our customers make their use of services and technology as simple and painless as possible.
Limited phone support for mobile devices may be possible depending on the problem.
After hours and holiday remote support is available by appointment only.
If the call is over 15 minutes then the rate of $65 an hour will apply.
We will ask for your information and send an invoice to be paid at the end of the call.
If Remote Tech Support or On-Site Tech Support is deemed necessary, then it will be charged separately.
